We offer two secure shipping methods for our global collectors (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking and insurance coverage
- Recommended for time-sensitive acquisitions
Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
International Considerations
For collectors outside the UK:
- All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery estimates may vary based on local customs processing
- We declare the full value of collectibles for insurance purposes
Returns & Exchanges for Collectibles
We maintain strict standards to protect the integrity of your collection. Please review our specialized returns process below.
Eligibility Criteria
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery when items meet these collector-grade conditions:
- Original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Includes all certificates of authenticity and original documentation
- No shelf wear or display damage (must be in same condition as shipped)
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Collector’s Items
Due to their exclusive nature, these items cannot be returned:
- Pre-ordered items marked as “Final Sale”
- Limited edition or numbered collectibles from our Vintage Collection
- Opened action figures (to prevent part substitution issues)
- Special convention exclusives (as noted at purchase)
- Items from our McFarlane DC Universe and Hot Toys/Sideshow 1/6th Scale lines marked as final sale
The Collector’s Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Photos showing any damage/defects (for damaged items, contact within 48 hours)

- Preference for exchange or refund

Damaged or Defective Collectibles
We understand the heartbreak of receiving damaged collectibles. For these special cases:

- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label via DHL/FedEx
